SCA Programs

The SCA Coffee Skills Program is the specialty coffee industry's international certification framework. It runs across five disciplines — Barista Skills, Brewing, Sensory Skills, Roasting, and Green Coffee — each at three levels.  Tuck Shop is currently licenced to teach all three levels of Barista Skills, Brewing, and Sensory Skills. Roasting and Green Coffee certificate classes will be available soon.

Tuck Shop teaches the full ladder, from your first espresso to the Q. You do not need to start at the bottom, and you do not need to finish. Take the modules your work actually calls for.
