Brew-it-your-way!

Hook: Our bar. Your hands. Forty minutes on whatever you've always wanted to try.

What it is: Most cafés will sell you a coffee. We'll hand you the machine. Book a slot, pick your equipment, and make your own — with ten minutes of one-to-one guidance from an instructor to get you started, then half an hour to play. Try the lever machine you've been reading about for two years. Find out whether you actually want a Bezzera before you spend $3,000 on one. Or just enjoy making your own cup somewhere with better gear than your kitchen.

No booking required for the manual brewers if we're quiet, though slots on the espresso machines fill up.
