Cupping (Not the acupuncture kind!)

Hook: Cup exotic coffees that will blow your mind and redefine coffee for you.

What it is: Once a month we open the good stuff. Coffees that are strange, rare, or simply so far from what most people think coffee tastes like that the first sip resets something. You'll learn the mechanics as you go — how to break a crust, how to use a spoon, what to pay attention to — but the point of the evening is the coffee itself, not the technique. No experience required. Strong opinions welcome.
