Keep Pouring!

Hook: Two hours of pourover magic with fellow coffee lovers.

What it is: A kettle in your hand for two hours and a room full of people doing the same thing. Bring your questions about bloom times, grind size, pour patterns and whether any of it really matters. Try brewers you don't own. Compare your results with the person beside you and work out why they differ. Less a class than a workshop in the old sense — everyone making something, with help on hand.
